The company’s Quality, Safety and Environment Department is the reference point for all requirements, be they information or documents.
The laboratory
The laboratory is staffed by highly qualified and trained employees, who ensure continuous and careful monitoring at every stage of production. The Quality Control Department is equipped with the latest GC, UV and I equipment, while the Rheology Testing Lab is furnished with alveographs, farinographs and viscometers.

Through the systematic implementation of the Quality System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards, aimed at the continuous improvement of products and services, we have a clear basic principle on which our internal Quality Policy is built:

Our general corporate goals
- Strict elimination of additives and ingredients that pose a risk to worker safety and customer health.
- High attention to issues concerning GMOs and allergenic substances; avoiding their presence as much as possible.
- Strict respect for the latest laws and guidelines concerning the raw materials used, production techniques, working spaces, product specifications, packaging and transport, suppliers, as well as everything related to work safety.
- Establishing and respecting appropriate operating and control procedures to ensure the production of certain goods, in line with specific standards required by customers.
- Involvement of all company employees and partners in product quality, by drafting and respecting a training and information programme to enhance awareness on the issue through standard methods of communication.
- Producing ingredients that meet all user requirements, in full compliance with current laws and guidelines.

Our Quality and Safety System supervisors have full responsibility and authority to ensure compliance. Quality-related questions that cannot be solved independently and through the designated channels, are handled by Management.
Management also commits itself to reviewing the results of rules enforcement, as well as to monitoring the achievement of the goals mentioned above.
