Characteristics
Wheat ethyl alcohol is a colourless, clear liquid with a characteristic alcoholic odour and taste. It is free from the odour and taste of the raw material.
How is it obtained
Wheat ethyl alcohol is the result of the enzymatic transformation and further fermentation of soft wheat starch.
